Dot Clark

Mrs. Dot Clark, 93, of Swainsboro passed away Thursday night, August 10, 2017 at Emanuel County Nursing Home following an extended illness.

            Mrs. Clark was born July 22, 1924 in Camas, Washington to the late Albert Richie and Florence Hansberger Richie. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Neal Clark; brother, Calvin Richie. Mrs. Clark moved to Florida at a young age, living in Miami, and Orlando, in 1992 she moved to Swainsboro. She was very artistic, doing crafts and painting. Mrs. Clark loved her granddaughter, and great-grandchildren. She was of the Christian Faith.

            Survivors include her daughter, Candy Carter (Steve) of Swainsboro; grandchildren, Chawny Stewart (Lee) of Swainsboro; great-grandchildren, Jeb Stewart, and Lelyn Stewart of Swainsboro, several nieces, nephews, and friends.

            Graveside Services will be held at Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2017 with Reverend Jim Harrell officiating.
