Frank Pernell

            Mr. Frank Pernell, 57, of Kite passed away Tuesday night, February 13, 2018 at his residence following an extended illness.

            Mr. Pernell was born March 30, 1960 in Swainsboro, Ga. to Laudice Pernell and Evie Dell Cooper Pernell. He was preceded in death by his father; brothers, Dale Pernell, J.L. Pernell, and Arnold Pernell. Mr. Pernell was a self-employed carpenter that enjoyed working with wood. He loved to build bird houses and swings. Mr. Pernell enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.

            Survivors include his mother, Evie Dell Pernell of Kite; brother, Gary Pernell of Kite; sisters, Willaine Rowland (Harrison), Joan Hackle (Runt) both of Kite, Beverly Gay (Glen) of Waynesboro, and Paula Roberts (Mike) of Swainsboro; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

            Funeral Services will be in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 16 , 2018 with Reverend Allen Meeks officiating.

            Interment will follow in the Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery.

           The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Chapman funeral Home.

            Pallbearers are Michael Pernell, Chris Ballard, Michael Roberts, Jeremy Rowland, Steven Hackle, and Ron Hackle.
