Mr. Alvin Collins, 71, of Oak Park died Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Uni-Health Post Acute Care in Swainsboro following an extended illness.
Mr. Collins was a life long residence of Emanuel County. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Daniel Collins and Willie Lee Moxley Collins.
Survivors include two nieces, one nephew, cousins and a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon, February 19, 2012 with Rev. Vernon Hughes officiating. Burial will be private.
