Dustin "Block" Wilson Obituary

            Mr. Dustin “Block” Chase Wilson, 31, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Emanuel Medical Center.

            Mr. Wilson was born November 16, 1986 in Dublin, Ga. to Craig Lamb and Tammy Lee Wilson. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leonard & Mott Lamb; maternal grandfather, Charles Larry Wilson; aunt, Terri Wilson Youmans; uncle, Keith Lamb.. Dustin loved his two sons, they were his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing softball. He was an avid race fan, and Georgia Bulldog fan. Dustin was a member of Emanuel Christian Ministries.

            Survivors include his mother, Tammy Wilson of Norristown; father, Craig Lamb (Lisha) of Swainsboro; sons, Hayden Lee Wilson, and Lakelan Ernest Wilson both of Swainsboro; maternal grandmother, Virginia Wilson of Norristown; daughters, Libby Rebecca Riner, and Jaida McKenzie Harrell both of Swainsboro; sisters, Cherish Kidd of Vidalia, Morgan McNure of Swainsboro, Caitlin Lamb, Morgan Lamb, and Caitlyn Campbell all of Swainsboro; uncle, Charlie Wilson (Kelly) of Adrian; nephew, Chapman Wilson of Adrian; niece, Kaylee Wilson of Adrian; cousin, Necole Youmans Salter of Braselton, Ga.; step-grandmother, Nancy Stepp of Cocoa Beach, FL.; many friends. 

            Funeral Services will be at Emanuel Christian Ministries 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 with Reverends Brad McKenzie and Hal Wilson officiating. Mr. Wilson will lie in state one hour prior to service.

            Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

            The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home.

            Pallbearers are Chapman Wilson, Michael “Doobie” Armstrong, Tyler Beasley, Ashley Pollett, Jamie Blackwell,
            Lee Bush, West Bedgood, and Josh Bedgood.

            Honorary Pallbearers are Employees of Pruitt Health of Old Capital.
