Mr. James Neal Radford, 68, of Kite, GA. passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Emanuel Medical
Center following a brief illness.
Mr. Radford was born in Kite, GA. April 24, 1950 to the late Jessie Allen Radford and Lizzie Mae
Wilkerson Radford. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lizzie Jane Morris, brother, Buddy
Radford; grandchildren, Micah, Holli and Tyler Peacock. Mr. Radford was an avid hunter and fisherman. He
enjoyed going to the mountains, casino and auctions. Mr. Radford loved his wife of 46 years, family and friends.
He had such a caring heart; would do anything for anyone. Mr. Radford was a member of Kite Church of God.
Mr. Radford is survived by his wife, Carol Bledsoe Radford of Kite; daughter, Michelle Lynn Peacock
(Scotty) of Macon, Marsha Kay Radford (Kevin Connally) of Roberta; sister, Shevie McDaniel of Byron;
grandchildren,Hayli Michele Peacock, Dylan Lee Peacock, Taylor Ray Howard, Nathaniel Warren Connally; great-grandchildren, Knox Massengale, Anzlie Peacock, Emberlyn Howard; special niece, Janet Morris Costley
(Milton) of Kite; special aunt and uncle, Sarah and Elton Powell of Meldrim; special friend, Penny McRae of
Milton, Florida; beloved fur baby, LeRoy, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral Services will be at Kite Church of God Saturday, March 9, 2019 3 p.m. with Reverends Allen
Meeks and Arthur Conley officiating.
Interment will be at Gumlog Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Friday, March 8, 2019 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are John Page, Donald Peebles, Forrest Lee Davis, William Herrington, Junior Radford and
Jason Lee.
Honorary pallbearers are Dewey Moxley, David Peebles, and Shannon Hudson
