Kimberly Dawn (Williams) Beck

Mrs. Kimberly Dawn Williams Beck, 48, of Metter passed away Sunday morning, June 25, 2017 at Memorial University Medical Center, Savannah after a brief illness.

            Mrs. Beck was born July 18, 1968 in Long beach, California to James Frank Williams and Sylvia L. Scott Williams. She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents, Elmer L. Williams, Sr., Nora A. Williams, Louise H. Scott, and Sumner I. Scott. Mrs. Beck graduated Swainsboro Technical College in 1990 earning her CNA Certificate and went to work at Scott Nursing Home. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Beck was of the Baptist Faith.

            Survivors include her mother, Sylvia L. Williams of Metter; husband, James Beck of Metter; sons, Josh Williams (Amy) of Dublin, and Justin Woodworth (Brittany) of Cochranton, PA.; daughters, Kyra Beck and Emilee Beck both of Metter; sisters, Julia Smith of Boyd, TX., Lori Hilliard of Metter, and Leslie Friele of Decatur, TX.; 5 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

            Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2017 with Reverend Gary Green officiating.

           Interment will follow in the Odomville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm. to 8 pm. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Jason Bennett, Gary Green, Jr., Travis Griffin, Austin Beck, Jay Register, Jr., Chris Sanders.
