Carlton Allen Johnson

Mr. Carlton Allen Johnson, 76, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at Augusta University Medical Center.

Mr. Johnson was born April 10, 1944 in Swainsboro, GA to the late William Lee Johnson and Carrie Lou Randall Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Johnson, Jr.; and sisters, Carolyn Hooks and Debbie Brown. Mr. Johnson was a Deacon and member of Emanuel Christian Ministries.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Helen Smith Johnson; son, Allen Johnson; daughter, Melissa Wheeler; brothers, Calvin Johnson and Ronnie Johnson; sisters, Faye Parrish and Sue Boatright; grandchildren, Tiffany (Jessica) Copeland, Remington (Kasey) Lamb, and Amber Howell; great-grandchildren, Kelcie Morris, Dalton Morris, Chestlee Lamb, Walker Wade, MaryJane Scarboro, and Emberlie Lamb; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Memorial Service will be private and at a later date.
