Shannon Devar Brown

Mr. Shannon Devar Brown, 41, of Oak Park passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia following a brief illness.

Mr. Brown was born April 11, 1981, in Swainsboro to Clayton Frank Brown and Carnita Harden Brown. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shania Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Antoinette Brown of Oak Park; sons, Lavonte Bostic (Ashley) and Shannon O. Brown (Brittany), all of Swainsboro; mother, Carnita Brown of Swainsboro; father, Clayton Brown of Swainsboro; brothers, Brian Clayton Brown (Lisa) of Oak Park, Nicholas Jermaine Brown of Savannah, Brandon Ramon Brown of Dublin, Isaiah James McCoy and Rashonn Brown (Daphne), all of Swainsboro; sisters, Amber Street and Fahneshia Coney, both of Swainsboro, Shekina Thiaw of Atlanta; 5 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.
