Adam C. Braddy

December 7, 1983 — February 4, 2013

Mr. Adam C. Braddy, 29, of Swainsboro died Monday, February 4, 2013 at his residence following a brief illness.

Mr. Braddy was born in Swainsboro and a life long residence of Emanuel County.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sara and Malcolm Braddy and W. D. Durden; paternal grandfather, Randolph Braddy; infant daughter, Elizabeth C. Braddy; infant son, Nathan Braddy.  Mr. Braddy received a Technician Degree in machinery at Southeastern Technical College.  He enjoyed working on machinery and farming.  Mr. Braddy loved working with computers and was known for his since of humor.  He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his parents, Pam and Gary Odom of Swainsboro, Jackie Braddy of Swainsboro; son, Richard Braddy of Swainsboro, daughter, Zaylee Braddy of Swainsboro, brothers, Chad McLendon and Adrian Watson of Macon, Jeremy (Samantha) Odom of Denton; sisters, Amy (Tim) Bargeron of Kite, Chasity (Rob) Gray of Statesboro; paternal grandmother, Mary Braddy of Swainsboro; nephews, Trey Chapman, Justin Gray, Jackson Gray, Joshua Gray and Greysn Bargeron; niece, Ava Odom; and several aunts, uncles and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 2 o’clock Thursday, February 7, 2013 with Rev. Joe Bedgood and Rob Gray officiating.  Burial will be in the Eastbrook Cemtery near Swainsboro.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Adam Ely, Richard Snell, Josh Bedgood, Wesley Durden, Aaron Durden, Jody Powell and Chris Wheeler.

Honorary Pallbearers are Terry Edenfield, Evan Hooks and Troy Arrowwood.
