Altamont "Al" Callum

Mr. Altamont Artice “Al” Callum, 83, of Midville passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Southern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta following an extended illness.

Mr. Callum was born March 24, 1936 in St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica to the late Dudley Frank Callum and Ella Louise Anderson Berry.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larkey Polack. Mr. Callum served in the Royal Air Force in England.  He was a member of Roberson Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Annie Owens Russell Callum of Midville; sons, Paul Callum of England, Karl Callum of Atlanta, David Atone (Angela) Callum of Ft. Worth, TX, Pierce (Marcia) Russell of Morrow; daughter, Rose Marie Peebles, Annmarie Desravines, both of Ft. Worth, TX; sisters, Pearl Callum, Sonia Callum, both of Jamaica, Monica Sinclair of Portugal.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, August 28, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Roberson Grove Baptist Church.

The Family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2019 at Roberson Grove Baptist Church.
