Angie Michelle Hudson

Angie Hudson, 52, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center.

Angie was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed being outdoors, going on hikes, or just sitting by a campfire listening to music. She was a cosmologist and later worked as a cashier at Ingles and Waffle House, she was always a friendly welcoming face to customers. Above all to her was her family, the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and whole family meant the world to her and she will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her children, Alyssa (Melissa) Jones, Wesley (Haylee) Hudson, and Cheyenne Logue, her grandchildren, Caleb Wood and Levi Ryan Hudson, her siblings, Garry (Sommer) McDougle, Chris (Priscilla) Logue, and Tammy (Ricky) Downs, and Betsy Connor, who was like a mother to her, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Honorary pallbearers are Zach Bramlitt, Andrew Dean, and Jacob Underwood.
