Ann G Braswell

Ms. Ann G. Braswell, 78, of Swainsboro passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.

Ms. Braswell was born May 2, 1942 in Soperton to the late Curtis Geiger and Mary Black Geiger. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Bobby H. Braswell. Ms. Braswell worked at Crestons for many years. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and arts and crafts. Ms. Braswell was a beloved grandmother. She was a member of Odomville Church of the Nazerene.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Billy H. Braswell of Swainsboro; sons, Kenneth (Jean) Braswell of Swainsboro, Charles (Sebrena) Braswell of Colbert; daughters, Pamela Ann Riner, Tonya E. Coleman, both of Swainsboro; sisters, Virginia Hollomon of Gray, Shirley Whittington, Carol Ely, both of Adrian, Susan (Jerry) Reynolds of Vidalia; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside Service will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Jamie Braswell, Crystal Bishop, Zach Riner, and Rachael Riner officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 14, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are B.J. Braswell, Bradley Braswell, Zach Riner, Jamie Braswell, Quinton Braswell, and Amber Braswell.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
