Audrey Leigh Hood

Ms. Audrey Leigh Hood, 22, of Swainsboro passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Ms. Hood was born March 11, 2000, in Swainsboro to David Hood, Sr. and Brandi Ledford. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Susan Hood, and stepfather, Shane Ledford. Ms. Hood was raised in Wheeler County from the age of 3 until recently moving back to Swainsboro. She loved singing, helping people, and making people laugh.

She is survived by her mother, Brandy Ledford (Jonathan Hutley) of Vidalia; father, David Hood, Sr. of Kite; sister, Taylar Lane of Vidalia; brother, David M. Hood, Jr. of Vidalia; maternal grandparents, Sharon and Travis Thigpen of Soperton; paternal grandfather, Cecil Hood of Kite; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Memorial Service will be private and at a later date.
