Baby Girl Natalie Michelle Wommack passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
Survivors include her parents, Joe and Amber Wommack of Hazelhurst; brother, Brett Wommack of Hazelhurst; maternal grandparents, Teresa Hall of Soperton, and Kenneth Frost of Swainsboro; paternal grandparents, Jeanie Cone (Andy) of Alamo, and Joe Wommack, Sr. (Stacy) of Valdosta; maternal great-grandmother, Virginia Spires of Hazelhurst; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 1pm. Saturday afternoon, June 24, 2017
with Rev. Kyle Woodfin officiating. Burial will be in Block House Baptist Church Cemetery, Jacksonville, Ga.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 11 am. to 1 pm. at Chapman Funeral Home.
