Mrs. Barbara Ann Blaxton, 67, of Swainsboro died Friday, July 15, 2011 at the United Post Acute Care following an extended illness.
Mrs. Blaxton was born in West Virginia and lived most of her life in Vidalia before moving to Swainsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Florince Davis Mullins, sister Elizabeth Ann “Lizann” Richardson.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Carl Hooker of Twin City, Lester Blaxton of Vidalia and Charlie Blaxton of Baxley; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held July 23, 2011 at 12:30 pm at Harvest Chapel Baptist Church in Vidalia.
