Mrs. Betty Henry, 66, of Swainsboro died Saturday, October 02, 2010.
Mrs. Henry was a native of Emanuel County and was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Maggie Peebles Walker; husband, Jimmy K. Riner, and a son, Billy Joe Riner. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Angela Jean Riner, Dublin; sons, Alan Brent Riner, Kevin Riner, and Brian Henry all of Swainsboro; brothers, Joe Walker, Swainsboro, and Ronald Evans, Pennsylvania; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, October 5, with the Reverends Morris Brantley and Franklin Sasser officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery near Kite.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
