Bobbie Newsome Hackle

Ms. Bobbie Newsome Hackle, 75, of Adrian, GA passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.

Ms. Hackle was born March 18, 1945 in Swainsboro to the late Harrison Newsome and Nancy Radford Newsome Screws.  She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Frank Hackle.

Survivors include her daughters, Wanda (Spencer) Wood of Adrian, Lynn (Billy) Johnson of Columbus MS, and Jan (Dan) Ruhs of Bonaire; father of her children, Billy Hackle of Swainsboro; brother Gene (Wandal) Screws of Swainsboro; grandchildren, Zachary (Caitlin) Wood, Heather (Chris) Smith, Jim (Leslie) Glover, Clint Dailey, Monica (Shannon) Lemonds, Haley Powell, Bill (Nikki) Hackle, Grady Hackle, and Donald Morrison, Josh (Ashley) Morrison, Krista Morrison, and Alicia Morrison; great-grandchildren, Eli Hackle, Baylor Hackle, Eli Baumgardner, Levi Smith, Tessa Smith, Brandon Bragg, Aiden Morrison, Austin Morrison, Amber Wood, Karmen Wood, Kaleb Kersey, Ryan Kersey, Jared Morrison, Lauren Davis, Cameron Davis; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside Service will be Friday, November 6, 2020 12 p.m. at Bethel United Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Morris Brantley officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Sammy Newsome, Vance Adams, Justin Newsome, David Wilkerson, Cody Usry, and Kelvin Dailey.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
