Mr. Bobby Paul McDonald, 71, of Twin City, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
Bobby was born June 26, 1953, in Pikeville, TN to the late John Thomas McDonald and Naomi Edington McDonald. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bobby was of the Baptist Faith. He was a diesel mechanic. Bobby was a jokester; he loved to tell jokes. He never met a stranger. Bobby enjoyed fishing and traveling to Tennessee to see his family. He loved his fur baby, Cookie.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia McDonald of Twin City; sons, Bobby Clyde McDonald (Carrie) of Spring City, TN, Brian Bird (Tonya), Casey Bird (Jessica) both of Twin City; daughter, April Miller of Spring City, TN; brothers, Joe McDonald (Dorothy) of Dunlop, TN, Marion McDonald of Dayton, TN; sisters, Louise McDonald of Spring City, TN, Susan Stinnett (Jackie) of Dayton, TN; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Price officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 25, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.
Interment will be at McDonald Family Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Brandon Slater, Wesley Wiggins, Chandler Wiggins, Casey Lovelady, Wesley Miller and Gabe Hardy.
