Mrs. Bonnie S. Haislip, 62, of Meeks died Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Unihealth Post Acute Care of Swainsboro following an extended illness.
Mrs. Haislip was born in Emanuel County and lived most of her life in the Meeks community where she loved gardening, sewing, and reading. She enjoyed spending time with her cat Fluffy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woody E. Webb and Sadie Beasley Webb, sisters, Joyce Webb Moore and Earline Webb Portwood. She was a member of Sardis Primitive Baptist Church for 50 years.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews
Memorial services will held at the Sardis Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
