Mr. Carl Alfred Bedgood, 69, of Norristown passed away Wednesday night, November 13, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Bedgood was born in Swainsboro and a life long residence of Emanuel County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton West Bedgood and Gretel Hall Meacham; wife, Connie Bedgood. Mr. Bedgood was a member of Dellwood Baptist Church and attended Norristown Missionary Baptist Church for the past two years.
Survivors include his special friend, Kathleen Barnes of Adrian; brother, Randall (Debbie) Bedgood of Marietta; sister, Jemire (John) Vaughn of Griffin; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
Memorial service will be held at Norristown Missionary Baptist Church at 2 o’clock Saturday, November 16, 2013 with Reverend Homer Aspray officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday November 16, 2013 at the church.
