Mr. Charles H. Brown,77, of Millen passed away Saturday night, March 18, 2017, at Bethany Home following an extended illness.
Mr. Brown was born March 16, 1940 in Twin City, Ga. to the late William R. Brown, Sr. and Henrietta Matthews Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William “Bill” R. Brown, Jr., and John “Jack” G. Brown.
Survivors include his sisters-in-laws, Nancy Brown of Twin City, and Mariam Brown of Augusta; nephews, Buck Brown of Twin City, Jim Brown, and Matt (Sophia) Brown both of Bryson City of N.C.; nieces, Amanda (Mark) Testa of Denver Colorado, and Leslie (Brian) Taylor of Augusta; several great nieces, great nephews, and extended family.
Graveside services will be held at Coleman Cemetery Twin City 2p.m. Monday afternoon, March 20, 2017 with Reverend Franklin Sasser and Elder Mike Gray officiating.
