Mr. Christopher Michael “Bubba” Lovett, 24, of Swainsboro passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at his residence.
Mr. Lovett was born November 6, 1998, to Michael Earl Lovett and Wendy Kirby. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Linda Wilkerson and maternal grandparents, Roger Kirby and Olien Hutcheson Kirby. Mr. Lovett worked as a night shift supervisor at Battle Lumber. He loved cooking, racing go carts, trail riding on his side by side, and riding four wheelers. He enjoyed cooking, working on trucks and automobiles. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved his children and his family.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Lovett of Wadley and Wendy Kirby of Swainsboro; fiancée Hailey Lane of Swainsboro; daughter, Falon Grace Lovett; sons, Liam Dewey Lovett and Sawyer Tate Lovett, all of Swainsboro; sisters, Whitney Lovett of Adrian, Mikendy Webb of Swainsboro, Kelli Giles of Oak Park; brother, Matt Giles (Kelsey) of Adrian, Joe Lovett of Twin City; paternal grandfather, Bob Lovett of Adrian; stepmother, Suzanna Lovett of Twin City; nephew, Weston Moore and several aunts, uncles and many friends.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, September 3, 2023, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Brad McKenzie officiating.
Interment will follow in Eastbrook Cemetery
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Chapman Funeral Home on Saturday, September 2, 2023.
Pallbearers are Tim Smith, Justin Stavely, Ryder Lamb, Austin Bose, Tyler Roberson and Derek Jukes.
