Mrs. Clara Woods Rewis Young, 59, of Adrian, passed away, Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
Mrs. Rewis was born July 16, 1964, in Macon. She is preceded in death by her father, Aaron Woods, Sr.; brothers, Billy Marsh, Mike Woods; grandson, C.J. Radford. She enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, and yard work. Mrs. Rewis loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved soap operas, like the Young & the Restless and the Bold & Beautiful. She was an avid game show fan and loved the Georgia Bulldogs.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Woods of Swainsboro; fiancée, Daryl Young of Norristown; sons, Blake Rewis and Wesley Rewis, both of Norristown; daughters, Tabatha Rewis and Amy Albritton, both of Norristown; brothers, Aaron Woods, Jr. (Trisha) of Meeks, Tony Woods (Jeanie) of Swainsboro, Bobby Marsh (Tina) of Norristown; sister, Laura Ware of Twin City; 16 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 24, 2024, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Wesley Webb officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, February 23, 2024, at Chapman Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.
Pallbearers are Shane Tate, Eric Wheeler, Ben Wheeler, Nick Tanner, Josh Tanner, Johnny Weaver, and Blake Rewis.
