Debra "Debbie" Ann Lobel

Mrs. Debra “Debbie” Ann Lobel, 62, of Swainsboro passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026, at her residence. She was born on December 22, 1962, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph Norman Cooney and Dolores Antionette Cooney. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents and spouse, Lance Lobel.

Survivors include her brother, Joseph Cooney (Catherine Davenport); sister, Karen Lebowitz (Isaac); sister-in-law, Michele Tornabe (Steve); mother-in-law Rosette Lobel; several cousins, aunt, uncles and many friends.
