Ms. Debra Henry, 61, of Swainsboro passed away Friday night, February 24, 2017, at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.
Ms. Henry was born October 28, 1955 in Savannah, to Grace Hickox Dupper and the late Edwin Green Henry. She was preceded in death by her father; brothers, Glenn Henry and Randy Henry. Ms. Henry worked in the medical profession since graduating high school. She worked in the office of Dr. Clifton for the past several years until she became sick. Ms. Henry was an avid Falcons fan.
Survivors include her mother, Grace Hickox Dupper of Swainsboro; spouse, Randy Mulrooney of Swainsboro; daughters, Rochelle Wheeler of Savannah, Rachael Wheeler of Gray, Nicole Mulrooney of Houston TX, Michelle Mulrooney of Cobbtown, Miranda (Joseph) Brantley of Twin City; son, Chris (Shelly) Mulrooney of Kite; sisters, Brenda (John) Horne of Cartersville and Jan Yarbrough of Jasper, AL; brother, Richard L. Henry of Macon, 19 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Monday afternoon, February 27, 2017 with her Uncle Lamar Way and Reverend Timothy Nary officiating.
Interment will follow in the Eastbrook Cemetery near Swainsboro.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 1p.m. Monday, February 27, 2017 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Chris Mulrooney, Gene Hall, Chuck Mulrooney, Giles Way, Tommy Way, and Joey Lamb.
