Dylan Aaron Womack

Mr. Dylan Aaron Womack, 23, of Mitchell passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at his residence. He was born May 18, 2000, to Patricia Ann Barnes. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Garry Weatherford and paternal grandfather, Roy Womack.

He was a vibrant, outgoing, strong willed, independent young man. He loved working in the Tree cutting business, there was not a tree he would not climb. He never met a stranger and loved to socialize with his friends and family. As an avid outdoorsman, Dylan loved to hunt anything he could shoot. He loved fishing and the water. Dylan deeply loved all his family and friends. But, most importantly, he loved and adored his life’s greatest gift, his only son, Leroy. Dylan will be deeply missed and always remembered by those who loved him.

Dylan is survived by his mother, Patricia Barnes (Lisa) of Lexington, SC; son, Leroy Tucker Womack of Kite; mother of son, Bailey Womack of Kite; girlfriend, Kaylah Parrish of Mitchell; maternal grandmother, Marcia Hattel of St. Stephen, SC; paternal grandmother, Martha Womack of Midville; brothers, Dakota Womack and Justin Wilcher, both of Columbia, SC; step-sister, Sarah Strader; step-brother, Brandon (Gabe) Neitz; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend John Durden officiating.

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
