Mrs. Eloyse H. Farrow, 80, of Swainsboro passed away July 22, 2026, at her residence. She was born on January 12, 1946, in Swainsboro to the late Wylie D. Henry and Hattie Athine Kersey Henry. Eloyse was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don Farrow; son, Rico Farrow; brother, Herb Henry; sisters, Evelyn Tillett and Gayle Rainwater.

She was a woman of deep devotion, warmth, and quiet strength, her life was a beautiful testimony to serving others, sharing laughter, and living with purpose. She carried herself through every chapter of life with genuine beauty and grace, leaving behind a warm and lasting legacy.

At the center of her life was an unwavering faith in God. For decades, she was a dedicated member of Southside Baptist Church, where her love for her church family shone brightly. Known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature, she worked for multiple candy factories over the years and served customers at the Walmart Garden Center, surrounded by her love for nature and community. At home, her kitchen was a place of comfort—she was famous for her delicious home cooking, especially her salmon patties and signature Shmoo Stew.

With a quick wit and a joyful heart, she was a fun-loving jokester who knew how to bring a smile to anyone's face. She possessed a deep love for all animals, caring for many cats and dogs throughout her life, as well as her beloved Lady Bird, a cherished companion of 30 years. Above all, she treasured her friendships and loved her family most of all, creating bonds of love and laughter that will be forever remembered.
