Ethel Helen Perkins

Mrs. Ethel Helen Perkins, 76, of Springfield passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah.

She was born August 31, 1949, in Savannah to the late Mellie Jackson Butler and Ethel Beck Butler. Mrs. Ethel enjoyed baking, spending time with her family and gardening. She also liked tending to the livestock.

Mrs. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Eulie Guy Perkins, sister, Sarah Alice Hinken Sikes.

She is survived by her sons, Jonathan Perkins (Connie) of Guyton, Eric Perkins of Springfield; daughter, Helen Thrasher (Richard) of Springfield; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces nephews and many friends.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Larry Perkins officiating.

Pallbearers will be family members.
