Franklin E. Brown

Mr. Franklin E. Brown, 64, of Midville passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024, at his residence.  He was born on May 19, 1960, in Swainsboro to the late Clarence Albert Brown and Bertie Lee Wimberly.  Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Clarence Albert Brown, Jr., Walter Brown, Donny Brown, William Pete Brown; sister, Gloria Chavis; 2 grandchildren; niece, Loretta Conley.

Mr. Franklin enjoyed working on lawn mowers, cars, trucks and helping anyone cut grass.  He was a veterinary assistant with Dr. Raymond Mason for more than 20 years.  Mr. Brown cherished his time with his family and grandchildren.  His hobbies included camping, riding his 4-wheeler and his side x side.  He loved being outside and going fishing.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife; Susan Castro; sons, John Anthony, Jerry William Scarboro, William Brown, Dustin Sutton (Liz); Daughters, Wendy Leigh Hooks (Keith Wells), Michelle Joye (William), Heather Thompson (Dustin); brother, Tommy Keith Brown; sister, Janice Mosley; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
