Gabriel A Caputo AKA Gabe Angelo, of Swainsboro Georgia passed away at his home on Dec 22, 2022; he was 79. Gabriel was born on Sept 28th, 1943. He served in the US Army after graduating from Our Lady of the Valley High School in Orange, NJ. He went on to work as a construction manager and founded several businesses in construction during his lifetime; however, his love and passion had, and would always be singing, and he enjoyed his later years bringing music from Sinatra and Friends to the masses; there wasn’t a venue he wouldn’t do, and his music brought happiness to many people in NJ and Georgia.

He is survived by his 2 sons, John and Steven Caputo, both of NJ, 4 grandchildren, Megan, Maya, Molly and Lucas; his brothers, Michael, Franklin and Bobby Caputo, life partner Suzanne Duhe from Swainsboro Georgia, and former wife Rosanne Carrino from Toms River NJ.

A memorial service in Georgia will be held on January 21, 2023 at Chapman Funeral Home, 427 North Main Street Swainsboro GA 30401, from 11am to 12:30 pm.  Following the service, there will be a Celebration of Life gathering at Moose Lodge in Swainsboro from 1-4 pm.
