Inez Lela Beverly Flanders, 81, of Orlando, Florida, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at Altamonte Springs Life Care Center, in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
She was born in Walterboro, S.C., and was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Beverly and Crystal Kinard Beverly.
She was raised in the Savannah Home for Girls, and attended Independent Presbyterian Church.
She was retired from Martin Marietta, where she served as a Secretary.
She is survived by her husband, Emory H. Flanders, of Orlando, Fla; a son, Emory H. Flanders, Jr., of Orlando, Fla; daughter, Debra Elaine Flanders Mercer (Jimmy) of Jacksonville, Fla; brother, Buster Beverly, Orangeburg, S.C.; sister, Gladys Stephens, of Richmond, Virginia; 2 grandchildren, and 2 great Grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5 – 7 p.m., Saturday at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 1 p.m. Sunday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Interment: 4 p.m.Sunday at the City Cemetery, in Swainsboro, Georgia.
