Jacob Blake Wilkerson

Mr. Jacob Blake Wilkerson, 21, passed away at his residence in East Dublin on January 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Jacob Blake Wilkerson, beloved son of Jan Corbin and Jerry Wilkerson. Blake was born September 4, 2004 in Swainsboro, Georgia. He attended Swainsboro High School alongside lifelong friends, Tae Dobson, Devin Tanner and Tyler Surrency. Blake later attended Swainsboro Technical College and was employed by Interfor as a forklift operator. He was a member of His Truth Church and New Beginnings in Christ. He enjoyed being with his friends and family. Blake spent a lot of his time making TikToks, spinning wheels, and playing cards. Blake was known for his big heart, contagious smile and his hard work ethic. Blake was loved by all that knew him and touched everyone whose path he crossed. He loved God and was a faithful Christian.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bud and Juanita Moxley and his paternal grandparents, Tolly Wilkerson and Wanda Graham.

He is survived by his mother and her partner, Jan (Richard Miller) Corbin, his father, Jerry Wilkerson, a half-brother, Kyle Wilkerson, several cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Chapman Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Mrs. Anna Cowart officiating.

Interment will follow at Moxley Cemetery in Swainsboro.

Pallbearers will be Tae Dobson, Caleb Smith, Jacob Smith, Cam Mixon, Tyler Surrency, Kagan Surrency, Jake Mills, John Sugar, Jack Thigpen, Devon Tanner and Jay Kight.

Chapman Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Jacob Blake Wilson, 21, of Swainsboro.
