Mr. James D. "Jim" Creech, 66, of Kite, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Emanuel Medical Center. He was born on December 25, 1958, in Swainsboro to John B. Creech and Frances Pierson Creech. He is preceded in death by his parents.
In addition to serving our country for 5 years, Jim also ran the night watchman for the city of Stillmore, Ga. Prior to his illness Jim dearly enjoyed fishing and hunting with family and friends. As his illness progressed, he spent lots of his time playing video games with his sister and brother on the phone. He was very fond of his two Chihuahua's Moncho and Brownie. Jim always looked forward to buying Teddy Bears and gifts for his wife and lifetime sweetheart of nearly 40 years. He was a cheerful giver and very seldom did he ever complain. He was a very independent man and kept his sense of humor through even some of the hardest days. Jim loved to always spend time with his nieces and nephews. They were the light of his life and kept his spirits high and his outlook positive. He will be dearly missed by all.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Brenda Kay Williams Creech of Kite; brother, Tim Creech (Anita) of Williamsburg, VA; sister, Julie Hindman of South Carolina; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
