Jane R. Morris Williams

Mrs. Jane R. Morris Williams, 69, of Kite passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.

Mrs. Williams was born January 2, 1949 in Kite to the late Jessie Allen Radford and Lizzie Mae Wilkerson Radford. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Williams; brother, Buddy Radford; Grandson, Alex Costley. She was a life long Resident of Johnson County. Mrs. Williams loved arts and crafts, making flowers, going to flea markets, and going to the mountains. She was a member of New Beginnings Worship Center.

Survivors include her son; Don Morris of Kite; daughter; Janet (Milton) Costley of Kite; brother James N. (Carol) Radford of Kite; sister; Shevie McDaniel of Byron; grandchildren; Adam Costley, Donovan (Courtney) Morris, Christian (Devin) Steptoe ; sister-in-law, Lizzie Mae Hawkins (Roy); brother-in-law, Paul Williams (Ruth); 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral Service will be at Kite Church of God at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 07, 2018 with Reverend Arthur Conley officiating.

Interment will be in the Gumlog Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home Tuesday, November 06, 2018.

Pallbearers are Kevin Moore, Adam Costley, Donovan Morris, Kelly Price, Devin Steptoe, and Melvin Radford.
