Janet Willene (Ruffin) Harrison

Mrs. Janet Willene Harrison, 71, of Kite passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Harrison was born December 15, 1950, in Macon to Cecil Ruffin and Mildred Hester Ruffin. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Kyle Johnson. Mrs. Harrison was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Harrison of Kite; son, Phil Morris of Midville; daughters, Michelle Scott (Larry) of Swainsboro, Wendy Johnson (Bill) of Oak Park; grandchildren, Rhett Scott (Sarah), Millie Sewell (Zach), Brook Claxton (Brian), Keith Riner (Bryanna), Caitlin Beasley (Tyler), Nicole Johnson, Macy Bashlor (Bryan), Tyler Morris; brother, Ricky Ruffin of Warner Robins; 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2022, at 772 Old Nunez Road, Swainsboro, Georgia 30401. Memorial Service will follow at 5 p.m. with Reverend Brad McKenzie officiating.
