Janice Nell (Newsome) Deloach

Ms. Janice Nell DeLoach, 70, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.

Ms. DeLoach was born January 16, 1952, in Swainsboro to Walter Lee Newsome and Nell Scott Newsome. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Lonzell Newsome and Greg Newsome. Ms. DeLoach was a manager of Family Dollar. She attended Hawhammock Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sons, Shane DeLoach and Dustin DeLoach, both of Swainsboro; grandchildren, Ashlyn DeLoach, Kaylyn DeLoach, Gannon DeLoach, all of Swainsboro; father of her children, David DeLoach of Swainsboro; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2022, in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Pastor Cale Pressey officiating.

Interment will follow in Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Brian Flanders, Kevin Flanders, Brandon Gay, Steve Hooks, Christopher Lovett, and Ronnie Shuemake.
