Mr. Jimmy H. Biggers Jr., 36, of Swainsboro died late Saturday night, October 22, 2011 at the Candler County Hospital in Metter GA.
Mr. Biggers was born in Chatham County but lived in Swainsboro most of his life. He was preceded in death by his father Jimmy H. Biggers, Sr.; grandparents, Wylie and Athine Henry, Howard and Margie Biggers. Mr. Biggers loved fishing and being with family and friends. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Evelyn and Michael Tillett of Swainsboro; son, Jacob Biggers of Statesboro; daughters, Alyssa Biggers and Samantha Biggers both of Statesboro; brother, Joey (Tracey) Biggers of Rincon; sister, Bridgette Hammond of Pembroke; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Southside Baptist Church at 11 o’clock Thursday, morning October 27, 2011 with Reverend Earl Warnock officiating. Mr. Biggers will Lie in State one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Lambs Cemetery near Swainsboro.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday October 26, 2011 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Casey Henry, Rico Farrow, John Biggers, Chris Biggers, Ronald Kicklighter and Jeff Ausbon.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Henry and Jesse Crooms
