Mrs. JoAnn Lopez-Campos, 64, of Swainsboro passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Emauel Medical Center. She was born October 6, 1960, in Dawson to the late Hiram Young and Gladys Taylor Young. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Francis Young; daughter, Angie Hernandez. She received an accounting diploma from Southeastern Technical School, had her CNA license and certification in computers. She worked at EnMarket and was previously employed by Wincore Windows and Doors on the glass line. JoAnn enjoyed gardening and taking care of her yard. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Cruz (Fidel), Meredith Martinez (Genaro), brother, Charles Young (Cindy); sisters, Audrey Stuckey (Chris), Midget Braswell (Melvin); grandchildren, Elizabeth Milner (Noe), Christopher Milner, Micheal Milner (Jacquelyn), Vanessa Dajui (Diego), Selena Cruz (Brandon), Patrick Hernandez, Daniel Cruz, Jacob Martinez, Alan Martinez, Mia Hernandez ; great-grandchildren, Andre Milner (little man), Javi Dajui, Arianna Milner, Aaliyah Milner, Vinny Dajui; fur babies, Lelo and Chloe; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Hardin officiating.
