Joseph Emery Koss, Jr.

Mr. Joseph Emery Koss, Jr., 59, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Doctor’s Hospital following an extended illness.

Mr. Koss was born July 25, 1959 in Augusta, Ga. to Joseph Emery Koss, Sr. and Janice Rumbley Koss. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Sandra Koss; brother, James Koss. Mr. Koss loved building things, fishing, going to the beach, and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Survivors include his mother, Janice Rumbley Koss of Augusta; son, Jason Lee Koss of Augusta; daughter, Laura Marie Cole (Christopher) of Lland TX., and Katrina Kaye Farley (Allen) of Swainsboro; brother, Dana Koss of Evans; grandchildren, Jordan Koss, Arryanna Cole, Kierstin Cole, Jade Cole, Natalie Cole, Allen Farley , Kylee Farley, and Roxanna Farley.
