Larry Hadden

Mr. Larry Hadden, 74, of Stillmore passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at his residence.

Mr. Hadden was born June 9, 1947, in Soperton, GA to the late T.J. Hadden and L’Nell Hackle Slater.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Frances Smith.  Mr. Hadden was a fisherman.  He loved gospel music and antiques.  Mr. Hadden worked in construction before his retirement.  He attended The Rock Church of God.

Survivors include his sons, Von Hadden (Brenda) of Swainsboro, Don Hadden (Ericka) of Stillmore, Lon Hadden (Nichole) of Stillmore; daughter, L’Nell Hooks (Blake) of Nunez; brother, Gene Hadden of Lexsy; 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday, November 21, 2021, in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Beckum officiating.

Interment will follow in Stillmore City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Shannon Scarboro, Keith Johnson, Matt Jones, Jamie Jones, John Roy Lively, and Zach Hooks.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Chapman Funeral Home on Sunday, November 21, 2021.
