Mrs. Laurie A. Williamson Hall, 58, of Oak Park passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016, at her residence following a brief illness.

Mrs. Hall was born January 8, 1958 in Pinetucky, Ga. to the late Hugh Dorsey and Nettie Pearl Wilkerson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Cal Thompson; husbands, Alvin Williamson and Jimmy Hall. Mrs. Hall was a licensed Practical Nurse and was employed by Pruitt Health Care until her retirement due to her health. She was a lifelong member of Minton’s Chapel Advent Christian Church.

Survivors include her three sons, Michael P. Thompson  of Oak Park, Billy (Kim) Williamson of Oak Park, and Alvin (Jamie) Williamson of Soperton; daughter, Melissa Rountree (A.J.) Robertson of Vidalia; sister, Lavera Page (Randy) Scott of Twin City; 11 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Minton’s Chapel Advent Christian Church at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday morning, April 12, 2016 with Reverend Joe Bedgood officiating. Mrs. Hall will lie in state one hour prior to service.

Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6pm. to 8pm. Monday afternoon, April 11, 2016 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are nephews, Tyler McDaniel, Kaleb Josey, Ridge Henry, Kenneth (K.T.) McDaniel, Elbert Canady, and Norman Miller
