Linda Raye Fulmer

Mrs. Linda Raye Fulmer, 70, of Twin City passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born on November 8, 1955, in Savannah to the late Linwood Ray Stroud and Earline Blalock Mills. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, James Mitchell “Mickey” Fulmer; brother, Clyde Stoud; sisters, Sharon Youngblood and Cathy Mills.

Survivors include her; sisters, Patsy Claxton of Swainsboro, Laura Womack (Richard) of Metter; stepsons, Tracy Fulmer of Dublin, Mitch Fulmer of Ailey; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2026, in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Hardin officiating.

Interment will be at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.

Pallbearers will be Lee Womack, Doug Claxton, Richard Claxton and Scott Stevens.
