Linda Ann Jones

Mrs. Linda Ann Jones, 72, of Swainsboro passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Emanuel Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mrs. Jones was born March 11, 1950, to Roosevelt Burke and Jessie Holland. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chorssie Jones; and son, Phillip Burke. She loved playing games on her computer, her shoes, and life. Mrs. Jones worked at Emanuel Medical Center for many years.

She is survived by her son, Chuck Jones of Swainsboro; daughter, Stanya Blakely (Kellee Hicks) of Long Beach, CA; grandson, Amir Blakely; brother, Billy Holland of Florida; sister, Sarah Faison of Twin City; 2 other grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Eastbrook Cemetery and Mausoleum.

There will be a walk-through viewing from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.
