Linda Juanita Lovett

Mrs. Linda Juanita Lovett, 62, of Swainsboro passed away Thursday July 30, 2026, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin. She was born on September 7, 1963, in Swainsboro to Robert Duey Lovett and Linda Robinson Wilkerson. Mrs. Lovett was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Robinson Wilkerson; grandson, Jacob Hammitt.

One of the greatest joys in Mrs. Linda’s life was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart, and there was nothing more important to her than the time she spent with them. She had a creative spirit that shined through everything she did. Whether she was making beautiful wreaths, painting, or working on a new arts and crafts project, she found happiness in creating something special with her own hands.

She also found peace and joy at the beach, a place that always seemed to make her smile. She was a passionate supporter of Girl Scouts and believed deeply in the values it teaches. She loved encouraging and inspiring others, and her dedication to helping young girls grow into confident, capable women was something that meant a great deal to her.

She leaves behind not only cherished memories, but also a legacy of love, creativity, kindness, and service that will continue to live on in everyone whose life she touched.

Survivors include her father, Duey Lovett of Wrightsville; daughters, Brandy Henderson (Dusty) and Chasity Boyd (Allen) both of Swainsboro; son, Zackery Hammitt (Dessie) of Kite; grandchildren, Joslyn, Kamryn, William, Hailey, Joshua, Rayanna, Ellie; brothers, Glenn Lovett of Norristown and Michael Lovett of Wadley; several other family members and many friends.

Visitation will be Sunday evening, August 2, 2026, from 5 to 7 at Chapman Funeral Home.

A private memorial service will be held later. Mrs. Linda’s wishes were to be cremated.
