Loren "Eddie" Donaldson, Jr.

Mr. Loren “Eddie” Donaldson, Jr., 67, of Twin City passed away Friday night, February 23, 2018 at Community Hospice following an extended illness.

Mr. Donaldson was born April 15, 1950 in Augusta, Ga. to Loren Donaldson, Sr. and Frankie Wilson Donaldson. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Larry Donaldson. Mr. Donaldson worked for Coca Cola for 45 years before having to retire due to his health. He loved his family especially his grandchildren. Mr. Donaldson was an avid nascar, UGA, and ECI football fan. He attended First Baptist Church of Twin City.

Survivors include his mother, Frankie Donaldson of Twin City; wife of 47 years, Betty W. Donaldson of Twin City; son, Tim Donaldson (Heather) of Twin City; daughter, Melissa Mynhier (Terry) of Cobbtown, and Karen Wiggins of Twin City; brother, Steve Donaldson of Twin City; grandchildren, Kayla Shelby, Selby Voss, Madison Mynhier, Anna Wiggins, Alexis Wiggins, Alana Donaldson, Evan Donaldson, Brayden Donaldson, and Jase Donaldson; great-grandchildren, Annabelle Shelby, Scarlett Shelby, and Julianna Shelby; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Services will be in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 with Reverends Jesse Bates and Earnest Harris officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Chapman funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Charles Akridge, Allan Wilson, Garrett Jarrell, Ricky Collins, Bill Thompson, Timmy Thompson, Ollie Freeman, Jody Womack, Eric Woods, and Lee Woods.

Honorary Pallbearers are Coca Cola.
