Margaret Ann White

Mrs. Margaret Ann White, 79, of Twin City passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Emanuel Medical Center.  She was born September 3, 1945, in Metter to Carl Grimes and Marie Brown Grimes.  Mrs. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Wayne Grimes, Wendell Grimes; sister, Carolyne Bishop; son, Hank Fielder; daughter, Vicki Collins; granddaughter, Tiffany Klipstine.

Mrs. Margaret loved to read and sewing.  She enjoyed painting on saw blades, attending church, and listening to gospel music.  She was a caregiver and loved being around her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed birdwatching.

She is survived by her son, Steve White of Register; daughter, Angela Webb of Portal; sisters, Mary Aleff (Don) of Tuscon, Arizona, Barbara Gay (Charlie) of Twin City, Willene Breedlove of Dallas, Texas, Jean Bruner of Stockbridge, Ruth Newton of Warner Robins; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 exceptional great-grandchildren, Damien Driggers, Serena Ellington; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church with Reverend Franklin Sasser officiating.
