Mrs. Marie Hurst Wilson, 94, of Swainsboro died Friday, April 8, 2011 at Emanuel Medical Center.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Jenkins County and lived most her life in Statesboro. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by his husband, Hick Wilson, sisters Edna Hood and Pauline Lilly.
Survivors include her son, Raybon and Kay Wilson, of Swainsboro; sister Myrtle Smith, of Augusta; Grandchildren, Ryan Wilson of Lawrenceville, Lindsey Wilson of Williamsburg, VA, Kathryn Cameron, of Watkinsville, and Geoffrey Cameron of Metter; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held in Bulloch Memorial Gardens, Statesboro at 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon, April 10.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 10 at Chapman Funeral Home, Swainsboro.
