Martha Lynn Rowland

Ms. Martha Lynn Rowland, 70, of Wrightsville, GA passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Greenwood Place in Wrightsville following an extended illness.

Ms. Rowland was born March 15, 1950 in Gumlog to the late George Johnson and Mary Lizzie Dickens Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Jack Rowland; brothers, Kenneth Johnson, Raiford Johnson, Riley Johnson, Aaron Johnson; sisters, Grace Reynolds, Katherine Tapley, Dorothy Nobles.  Ms. Rowland worked at Lynn’s Cuts & Styles for over 20 years.  She enjoyed shopping and listening to Classic Country Jukebox.  Ms. Rowland loved and enjoyed her children, grandchildren and chihuahua named Daisey Mae.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her sons, Shannon (Katy) Hood of Wrightsville, Brandon (Jylecca) Rowland of Dublin; grandchildren, Janiyah Pugh, Jabriel Rowland, Madison Hood, Peyton Hood, Kylie Rose, Lexi (Zach) Cutler; great-granddaughter, Landrey Cutler; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside Service will be Friday, August 21, 2020 11:00 a.m. at Westview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
