Minh "Binh" Thanh Phan

Mr. Minh “Binh” Thanh Phan, 48, of Swainsboro passed away September 21, 2026. He was born on September 11, 1978, in Gloverville, NY to Binh Thanh Phan and Jeanette Sue Ashley.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Sue Ashley; brother, John Marvin Brady.

He loved tattoos and drawings, pouring his creativity into everything he touched. More than anything, he loved his family deeply and was excited to welcome his soon‑to‑be granddaughter into the world.

He is survived by his wife, Brandi Phan of Swainsboro; sons, Heath Phan of Oak Park, Brandyn Phan (Jaylynn), Shannon Phan both of Swainsboro; daughters, Brianna Phan of Lyons, Adriana Phan of Swainsboro; brother, Micah Phan; sisters, Elizabeth Mia Phan, Regina Phan; grandson, Waylon Windham; soon to be granddaughter, Lily Phan.

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Cameron Kennison officiating.
