Olin "Sonny" W. Jackson

Mr. Olin “Sonny” Jackson, 52, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Emanuel Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mr. Jackson was born September 20, 1968 in Swainsboro to the late Alton Jackson and Judy Nunn Jackson. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Tracy Rogers. He loved his mother, family, and nephews. Mr. Jackson enjoyed painting and writing stories

Survivors include his mother, Judy Nunn Jackson of Swainsboro; sisters, Shelia (Mark) Kirby of Nunez, Lisa McGee of Swainsboro, Amanda Miller (Jimmy) of Swainsboro, Jenny Kersey (Grayson) of Wrightsville; brother, James Alton Jackson of Swainsboro; several aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be private Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Josh Bedgood, Billy Miller, Chris Bedgood, David Shirey, Ricky Shirey, and Colton Kersey.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
